Easter!

Blessed Easter! With Easter so late this year, I found myself really anticipating it. At times it felt Easter would never arrive and we would be in Lent forever. Here in Tennesee the weather didn't help. We had some warm weeks and earth was bursting with flowers and leaves and much color. The anticipation this all created is such a wonderful reminder of our anticipation for His coming again. Even the earth seems to be pointing to His coming again.

We celebrated Easter with friends this year. It started Saturday with our neighbor's annual egg hunt. Ana greatly improved her egg-finding skills from last year. Lukas still has a ways to go, but at least this year he was very aware of what was going on. On Sunday we had a fabulous Easter feast with our friends (and co-workers). We were very blessed by their love and generosity to our family.
